We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time and incur higher shipping costs.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $[50] within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping thresholds are calculated after any discounts or promotions have been applied.
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Please note the following important information regarding cross-border shipments:

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Effective 2026, Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to virtually all imported goods into Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, GST/HST, and carrier disbursement fees upon delivery. The 5% federal GST applies to most shipments, with certain provinces adding provincial sales tax (PST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) ranging from 13–15%. We recommend consulting the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your local tax authority for the most current rates applicable to your province.
Low-Value Exemption Update: As of 2026, the previous low-value exemption for imports under 20 CAD has been eliminated.
Important: SplashNexus is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage charges incurred on international shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or third-party forwarding addresses.

SplashNexus is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has marked the shipment as “delivered.” If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@splashnexus.com —we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within [2 hours] of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but no guarantees can be made once the order enters the fulfillment queue.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
SplashNexus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Carrier operational delays or strikes
Customs clearance delays (for Canadian shipments)
Holidays and peak shopping seasons
